It's a futile question, yes, this I know
but where did you come from... and where will you go?
It's been a while since I drew Rune or any sort of fantasy-themed anime painting. In fact, i haven't been spending *that* much time on the stuff I've uploaded recently, so it's sort of nice to work on a bigger work.
I'm pretty happy with how the clothing shading came out (yes! the first time I like ribbons in anything I've drawn!), although I think the face and hair could be improved.
Rune is my character that I like to draw in melancholy settings with birds. Although I just realized I totally forgot about the bird part here. O___o;;
