Dream a dream... by joulee Dream a dream... by joulee
This is actually a pretty old picture for a FF wallpaper contest some time ago... But I retired it since I wasn't pleased with the way it turned out. Especially Yuna's face, which was horrendous. O_O

I found it recently while cleaning out my hard drive and decided I still liked most of the picture (especially the hair, which was done in Photoshop. I just can't do hair like that anymore! T_T). So I repainted Yuna, opted out of realism, and the result is better than the original, methinks. ^^

I like it a lot... I love the human emotion put into it... the face just struck me right away, and then the hair :). Which are both gorgeous... btw... :)

This is very good airbrushing work!

The hair is incredible. Period. I'm completely floored by the greatness that is Yuna's hair. And her tears turning into pyreflies is just a whole new level of incredible. The idea in itself makes sense (sorta kinda if you think about it in a loose way), but they add that floaty quality pyreflies exude. The silhouette in the bg adds a balance and all in all its a really great picture.

wow, thanks! ^_^ I'm still completely happy with the way her face turned out... realism gives me so much trouble, grr. >.<! But i'm glad you like this!
